The exact scope of work for each client will be outlined in a separate proposal, invoice, agreement, or statement of work.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Respond to requests for approvals, content, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Maintain ownership or permission for any materials you provide.
- Use our services only for lawful purposes.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including marketing, privacy, and consumer protection laws.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving any marketing materials, AI-generated content,
or automated communications before they are relied upon in your business where appropriate.
4. Payments
Payment is due according to the invoice or service agreement.
Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with your agreement.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Late payments may delay project timelines.
5. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Biz Rocket AI are final and non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital services, consulting, software configuration, AI implementation,
marketing services, and custom work, we do not offer refunds for completed work, partially completed work,
subscription fees already billed, setup fees, or deposits.
If you experience an issue with our services, we encourage you to contact us so we can work toward a reasonable resolution.
6. Subscription Services
Certain services may be offered on a monthly, annual, or recurring basis.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Subscription fees are billed in advance.
Services continue until canceled.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund previous payments.
Cancellation does not eliminate outstanding balances owed.
7. Project Timelines
Estimated completion dates are estimates only.
Project timelines may be extended due to:
Client delays / Missing content / Requested revisions / Third-party platform delays / Technical issues outside our control
Biz Rocket AI is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of the original content and assets they provide.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Biz Rocket AI retains ownership of proprietary systems, workflows, templates, automation logic,
software configurations, internal processes, and methodologies developed by us.
We grant clients a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables created specifically for their business, subject to full payment.
You may not copy, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce our proprietary materials without written permission.
9. AI Services Disclaimer
Our services may utilize artificial intelligence technologies.
AI-generated content, recommendations, automations, or responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies,
omissions, or unexpected results.
While we make reasonable efforts to configure and monitor AI systems, we do not guarantee that AI-generated
outputs will always be accurate, complete, legally compliant, or suitable for every circumstance.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing important communications, business decisions, and customer interactions.
10. Marketing Results
Biz Rocket AI does not guarantee:
Specific revenue / Increased sales / Search engine rankings / Lead volume
Appointment volume / Return on investment (ROI) / Advertising performance / Social media growth
Marketing performance depends on many factors beyond our control, including competition, budget,
market conditions, customer demand, and client participation.
Any testimonials, examples, or case studies are provided for illustrative purposes only and
should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.
11. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as CRM providers, social media platforms,
payment processors, AI providers, email services, SMS providers, or advertising platforms.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, account suspensions,
or functionality changes made by third-party providers.
12. SMS and Email Communications
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications related to your account and services.
Where you separately opt in, you may also receive promotional SMS or email messages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biz Rocket AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential,
special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client to Biz Rocket AI for the
specific services giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Biz Rocket AI and its owners, employees, contractors,
and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, or legal fees arising from:
